Labor Calculation - After years of progressive analysis, ICS understands labor.  The software contains all the necessary labor hours, adjustments, settings and analysis tools to perfect your project labor cost calculation process.

Parts Lists - Periodic price updates, pdf data sheets, search categories, filters, point, valve and operations data and more... all seamlessly synchronized for your entire organization.

Cost Templates - Enter your office cost settings for hourly labor, expenses, travel, subcontracting, overhead, taxes, default margins and miscellaneous costs.  Create multiple templates to quickly switch between office locations, labor groups, job types, etc.

Library Systems - Your software will contain 80+ pre-built systems.  Each system contains labor, material, schematics, sequences of operation, PDF cutsheets, point lists and more.  You can edit and add as needed.

Central Storage, Local Operation - You can use your server to securely store your projects, settings, and databases.  Since LAN, vpn and web connections can be slow or unavailable (why is it always on bid day?), the software runs on your local PC to maximize access.

Kits/Assemblies - These are smaller building blocks made up of commonly grouped parts, such as Panels.  Never forget to include some critical part again.

Reports - With over 60+ reports designed by contractors like yourself, you'll have unprecedented access to all of your job data in as simple or as detailed a format as you will most likely ever need.  If you ever discover a new method to review the data, then design your own custom report.  (view some samples here)

Exports - Create Valve, Point and Damper Schedules, export Turnover and Accounting booking details, send to email, export to a proposal template, export to a custom Excel, use the comprehensive booking package or create a submittal package.

Custom Terminology - Need to match your current labor categories from accounting or to maintain consistency for the team?  No problem.  All the text, codes, categories and report output can be easily edited.  Concerto conforms to your business process, not the other way around.
