PLM - Price List Manager
Intended Audience: Project Engineers, Project Managers, Project Administrators. Summary: This software enables the operator to quickly and accurately create BOM parts lists and export those BOM parts lists using multiple formats. The major components of estimate files are listed below: Input Parts List Import from Excel, Engineering Tools - Simply add part number and quantity or optionally import more detailed information such as application notes, labels, field/panel information, etc. Import from Past Projects and/or using Pre-Built Standards - Pre-Built standard systems can be entered which provide consistency, accuracy, input speed and reduced project costs. Selectively locate parts in databases using powerful filters and sort routines. Valve Sizing and Valve search Utility. Review PDF data sheets - Up to 4 separate PDF data sheets can be associated with each part in the database. Assists in the automation of submittal creation and allows for quick retrieval of item information. Export Parts List Valve, Damper and Point Schedules - These schedules are automatically created in Excel based on the material that has been entered. Custom Excel - A customized Excel file can be exported with the parts list details for the project. This can be done by system or for the entire project. BOM for Schematics - A system-specific Excel export that can be used to populate your AutoCAD or Visio design drawings and schematics. Reports Whether you are reviewing your own project or reviewing a co-worker's work, accessing any of the reports will quickly allow you to understand exactly what's contained in the project file. (Summary, Material Pricing and Cost Each, Areas/System values) Support There is online support, phone support and training available. Also, within the software itself there are extensive help screens, tutorials and feature descriptions.
